What
Is The Fee Payment
Answer: 7
Non-Australian
Based Affiliates
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement,
we will pay you referral fees on a monthly basis. Approximately
20 days following the end of each calendar month, we will
send you a cheque in Australian dollars for the referral
fees earned on Discount Cards that were shipped during
that month, less any taxes that we are required by law
to withhold.
However,
if the fees payable to you for any calendar month are
less than AUD$75.00, we will hold those fees until the
total amount due is at least AUD$50.00 or (if earlier)
until this Agreement is terminated.
If a Discount Card that generated a referral fee is returned
by the customer, we will deduct the corresponding fee
from your next monthly payment. If there is no subsequent
payment, we will send you a bill for the fee, which is
due to Backpacker Tours Australia thirty (30) days after
you receive the bill.
