Only a short drive north-west and you will find yourself in the lush countryside of the Hunter Valley wine region.

Options for getting to the central coast are numerous, For something completely different, how about a 20 minute seaplane flight  and…. watch out for the new Fast Ship. This luxury cruiser is being designed for the open seas, to carry passengers from Circular Quay to the Central Coast.
