hey guys!!!

my name's luisa but friends call me lu!!!

just on here really to get as much info and advice as poss.... am planning on travelling to Oz from Nov 2010 - Nov 2011 on a working holiday visa.... to get me started i need to find out where i should spend christmas?????????????????? bearing in mind i wanna make lots of friends and dont want a boring christmas.... any advice????????????? many thanks xxxx

There are loads of options for where to spend Christmas, including islands and beaches, city sights and clubbing, outback homesteads, etc!  A lot will depend on your age group and interests.  If you can tell us a bit about your interests, we're sure to come up with some great ideas for you. coming from england... came to oz for 3 weeks back in feb. did sydney, byron bay and surfers.... so wanna try other places this time round... like the thought of meeting lots of friends and christmas ideally id like to be somewhere where i will meet lots of people to go to a beach or something together.... some livliness is wot im after... im a young at heart 25 year old!!!

Hi there Lu my name is Brad and i live at Hervey Bay in Queensland it is on the coast next to Fraser Island. im over here from newcastle upon tyne at moment on a working holiday visa. totally love it. im in wa. i was staying with friend down in rockingham, south of perth, but im now living/working in a roadhouse/motel in a lil village called pingelly.
if i can help at all please let me know or vice versa i may pick your brains.

hey mel... im gonna be comin over on a total budget... i am concerned bout the money side of things... is it easy to find work??? how much do we need to show we hav in the bank to get a working visa?? x
