G'day Vic and welcome to the Backpacker Tours forum. Hi

Where are you thinking of travelling to and when?  How long do you want to go for and where do you depart from?

If you give us a few basics such as the above, and perhaps your age group and approximate budget, we should be able to help you. Grin

There's also quite a bit of info already in the forums, so do have a look around or search for a particular keyword. Wink

Hmm, here at Backpacker Tours we mainly deal with Australian backpackers' information, but here's a few places you could have a look at for overseas info:

Vietnam eGuide

India eGuide

France eGuide

Europe eGuide

and

eGuide Travel for a lot of great info, including printable travel guides, which outline things like emergency numbers and other essential information, as well as places to go, things to do, etc.

There's also loads of reviews of different places at eGuide Travel - Reviews

Hope this helps! Smile

Hey Vic, hopeully I can provide you with some info for your travels. I've travelled around parts of Australia, Southeast Asia and Europe extensively. If your wanting to save money and have your money last as long as you can, spending less time in Europe would be the answer. I was there in the summer for 3 months and it cost me roughly 8000. And that was being cheap in some places as well. But then again it's a beautiful place to see and visit.
Going to Europe is amazing but expensive, there's a lot of other amazing places around the world for A LOT cheaper.

Hope this helps a little
