We run a sports TV channel available on Australia’s main Pay TV operators, Foxtel and Austar, as well as to pubs and clubs around Australia. This programming is primarily focused on European football and rugby union. We have exclusive Australian broadcast rights to such events as UEFA Euro 2012™, the FA Cup and the Heineken European Cup. We requires a Sales Executive to join our hard working business sales team. You will be responsible for selling premium subscriptions to the channel to pubs and clubs across Australia, reporting directly to the Commercial Sales Manager. Sales experience and knowledge of European sports is an advantage for this role but the key qualities are confidence, determination and an engaging personality. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with good computer skills (preferably in an Apple Mac environment). Your primary focus will be to pro-actively source new business over the telephone, and convert leads to sales. If you feel you have the qualities we are looking for, please email your resume.
