Any suitable work for backpacker

Hey.. i am a qualified nail technician from malaysia with more than 3 years experience in related field who going to travel with my partner around australia within coming 3 months. I have experienced as a cook in a japanese retaurant and become a waitress in Uk based restaurant..However i have no relevant farm, fruit picking experience but i am willing to learn and hard work ppl.
